"This would be a good place for a quick stop. I was here with my family of four for two nights (children 11 and 4), and the double beds were just too small for us. The hotel was clean, the staff was super nice, and the pool area was very enjoyable. The breakfast was better than I would have thought and offered a variety (eggs, sausage, donuts, fruit, etc), and it is very reasonably priced."
"One site (can’t remember) listed it as a 3 star property. Wish I had questioned that, bc it’s 2 stars. And there were definitely nicer (and cleaner!) 2 star properties alongside (like Microtel). Staff were super nice, but the carpet on the elevator was pretty gross. Our room was clean, but the whole floor (including the room) smelled strongly of cigarettes. And the hallways were creepy dark."
"No elevator, back entrance door that was supposed to open with key card pulled open without using keycard, fire doors propped open, non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray, TV remote did not work , half a roll of toilet paper and no extra, gross food in the freezer, bed very uncomfortable. Staff very rude
When we asked for a working remote."
"I paid extra for a bigger room, but the receptionist gave me a small standard one. When I demanded a refund, he rudely refused and said they don’t do refunds. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. Only after I made a scene did he finally give me the upgraded room — which didn’t even have a fridge, although it was supposed to. Terrible service!"
