" I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Quarter. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere made for a great experience. The staff was especially kind and welcoming. I would like to give a special thank you to Agent William, who did an excellent job during check-in. He made sure we were well informed about the hotel and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth start to our stay. Although there was a small mishap with another staff member, the management team handled the situation quickly and professionally. Their responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue made a positive impression. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Orleans, and I will definitely be returning in the future."

"The breakfast was top notch! The hotel is right in the heart of the action. Our first night there, you could hear a jazz trumpet from our bedroom window. Armstrong park was right across the street. Very happy with our stay. "

"The hotel staff go above & beyond & are super friendly & accommodating. The hotel's location is great & far enough away from Bourbon Street so that noise was not an issue. The housekeepers tidied up the room each day but did not clean the surfaces, such as the shower & the counter top in the bedroom. That is my only complaint. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"We loved staying here. Great location, staff was amazing friendly and helpful. A big shout out to David who helped us get our transportation to the airport. Pool area was nice and enjoyable. Hotel is older with a ton of charm, Property is clean, beds were so comfortable and low noise. Did hear a little bit of music playing at night but did not last too late. My only issue was the water temperature. It does not get overly hot, It's hotter in the evening than in the morning. Overall it was a great experience would definitely stay there again. Thank you!"
