"We were only there for a few hours during a cross country drive. I didn't check in until 4am and was really hoping for a late checkout (at least 1pm) even for a fee but was adamantly told that noon was the very latest. That might have been at least ok but man are they in a hurry to get you out of there. With my noon checkout in the system they STILL knocked on my door AND called me around 11 to make sure that I was leaving, interrupting my much needed sleep TWO separate times. That was...

"The woman at the front desk was welcoming and very nice. We needed an extra blanket and it was brought up quickly and she was very nice about it. I feel the room could have been a little cleaner."

"Fabulous hotel right in the center of it all in Downtown Chattanooga! The room was great, the staff was excellent and everything about the hotel was just amazing. We loved it there, and what a great way to show off the city and its people. Highly recommend, I know we will be returning next time we are in the area."

"The room was very clean, friendly staff, and awesome bar/game area."

"Nice hotel except I have to eat gluten free, and very limited on their gluten free items for breakfast. It was clean and the staff were helpful."

I didn’t want to pack everything up and ask for a room since I was only there for 3 nights. The carpeting in the hallway seemed a little dirty and had a funny smell. My room...

"Great place to stay"

"First time staying here but I will be back. Great location and the staff was great!! The a/c had a little problem but overall not bad."

"Great price and location and good WiFi. Noise from other rooms and traffic woke me up multiple times. No dairy-free options for breakfast."

"Friendly staff. Great indoor/outdoor pool."
