"Terrazza invasa da piante verdi, curate così così. Personale preciso ma asettico. Scale di accesso da fare con attenzione sia a salire che a scendere."

"The person who showed me my room and made breakfast was amazing! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The coffee was strong. The bed was comfortable. The room was also very clean. The neighborhood is fairly convenient if you’re gonna be walking to the big Friday market. One thing you have to know before you book is, this is a very old building. Not everything works the way you’d most want to. I couldn’t figure out how to lock my door properly or close my window properly. The door thing...

"Luxurious and high standard hotel."

"Everything about my stay here was fine. Once again, they are stngy with the water. They did give one refillable jug for free which uses a Brita filter. Why they cannot provide 2 jugs is beyond me. I think by providing more water, it would elevate the stay. The breakfast buffet was a bit lacking in quality. I have had much better croissants, chacutierre, cheeses elsewhere. I think they need to bring a little more quality foods. Also their fruit selection is good but they need to throw away the...

"I recently stayed at the Hotel Mercure Nice Promenade and had a mixed experience. On one hand, the hotel itself is wonderful. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Nice, and the room was spacious, clean, and modern, providing a very comfortable stay. Unfortunately, our first impression was ruined by a very rude check-in experience with one receptionist. She struggled to find our reservation, eventually finding it under my first name instead of my last name. She then insisted that the...

"Excellent hotel in great location in Nice. Just off the main shopping street, 5 minute walk to train station. Lots of nice restaurants near by. Only 10 minute walk to promenade. Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast - best one for choice I have had abroad. Lovely pool and bar area on roof top with fantastic views."

"The breakfast included was excellent. However the decor in the bedrooms is very dark. The Italian shower is a disaster as it floods the entire bathroom and the towels have to be used up drying up the bathroom. The front desk staff is very nonchalant and blasé. They don’t put themselves out for anyone."

"Location is perfect. Staffs are very nice. Shower room has no curtain. No full set of Toiletries. My room 126 has windows but all blocked by surrounding buildings."

"I won’t stay there again , was very disappointed! I used to stay here before , it was so good but this trip was very disappointed."

"Location is perfect, Beautiful Historic Hotel , Excellent Staff and Spa."

"Air condition wasn’t good"

"Great location, clean room, helpful staff at reception when there."

"Our stay was very good. The property was pretty nice. The location was good a good in between the train and the main city centre. The room cleaning could’ve been better we ran out of toilet paper and needed to leave the empty roll on the counter in order to get some attention to it. Some days we didn’t have all our towels replaced just some. I would still give it a 4/5 though because I didn’t feel it was dirty by any means. The shower was very clean and bed linens etc. We opted out of the daily...
