"Provided a bag breakfast for my early departure."

"Great location & superb staff!"

"Recommend"

"Excellent location right in the heart of old town. Has an elevator, very clean and spacious room and bathroom, which is very rare in Europe. No breakfast at hotel but a great coffee shop two steps outside the door. The two ladies at front desk, extremely sweet and helpful with arranging excursions and airport transfer! Thank you for a great stay, definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Loved the location and staff"

"From the moment you arrive at the walls of the old town and greeted by the friendly staff (to help you with your bags), to the moment you leave you are made to feel really welcome and looked after. The hotel is beautifully restored and in the centre of Diocletian Palace, so only a few steps away from all of the top attractions. Breakfast was amazing and lots of variety to select. Thank you for looking after us for the week xx"

"Unique property with a great location. Professional, helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast."

"I came here with my mom and had a pretty abrasive first exchange with the front desk attendant. I booked the hotel because it said it has an elevator (it does) but trying to get her to give us access to it was a whole thing that involved getting the guys in the restaurant downstairs to show us where the back entrance was - when we could have just gone through the restaurant. All the directions say there are only 4 stairs - this is NOT true. There are several stairs as part of the town before you...

"I would highly recommend staying here! The apartment is located in the heart of the old town of Split and it is also only a few minutes walk to the waterfront and the ferries. The hots are incredibly helpful and have thought of absolutely everything to make your stay so very enjoyable. The breakfast location at the Luxor restaurant is excellent. Thanks so much to the incredible hosts and staff for such a wonderful experience!!"

"It's a problem that the parking lot is so far away from the hotel. The hotel is located within the city walls. So, there is no elevator. We have to carry our luggage upstairs with difficulty. The manager is very nice. "

"Andy is absolutely hilarious and made the trip very memorable. Love his work! Also the hotel was incredibly well located, nice, pretty, and well soundproofed."

"Best location, love it, close to the beach and restaurants."

"This property is located just 1/2 block to the west of the Riva, so it's very convenient to get into the old city, everything is walkable. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable and, if the weather is nice, make sure to spend some time up on the rooftop veranda. The view and the atmosphere make it well worth it. The communication prior to check-in was fantastic, very informative, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again."

"Absolutely loved this property!!! The proprietor, “Falcon”, was amazing!! The apartment was clean and well appointed as well as in a great location! Falcon was extremely kind and helpful in recommending things to do and places to eat! Lots of great restaurants nearby as well as close proximity to excursions. Whenever we return to Split, we hope to book this property again."
