The only reason I stay on this hotel is location. The bed is very uncomfortable. There is something under the bedsheets that is used at the hospital. The towels were very old and seem like they have been washed without detergent. I used my beach towel.

Plaza Marchi is a gem boutique hotel in Split! Perfectly located just inside the walls off the middle entrance to old town- easy walk from either taxi stand. I loved being part of the palace walls- literally looking into a window to see the palace substructure from the lobby stairs! Rooms are spacious, beautiful and well maintained. Bed was delightful and comfy chairs as well to relax after a long day. The desk staff was very helpful for our visit offering luggage storage, restaurant hints and humor. Thank you! A wonderful experience!

This hotel is in an incredible location within the Diocletian Palace walls. It is also steps from the port. There are tons of shops and restaurants within a 1 minute walk. The hotel is beautifully built with old stone walls blended with newer construction on the upper rooms. The A/C is cold and the rooms are clean. There is a wonderful rooftop terrace for sitting and talking in views of the surrounding palace area. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was great, and the staff was helpful and clear with instructions. I really liked the bed and the room's size. Fantastic location in the middle of the old town next to Diocletian’s palace and 5 min walk to the seafront. Surrounded by all the attractions and restaurants.
