"It did not look like the room was completed in cleaning. Bottom of tub was not rinsed out of soap & hair - scum on bottom. Bed was made & clean - that was a plus Floors were not mopped - footprints all over it from someone’s boots. Room could have used a little more care"

Hotels com is denying a refund based on no refund policy, however I stayed at the property the one night and that should be considered I am now paying 400.00 for 15 hours"
