"Check-in with Daniel was excellent. Having access to roof top bar is aggravating. No priority for hotel guests. Also, tried booking party of 16 for dinner. Received quick email confirmation of availability which was great. But, never received confirmation, contract or further communication for two weeks. Because follow up by reservation service was slow and poor, we were worried of not having a venue for our dinner/party and we booked party elsewhere. We decided to stay at Hotel Lincoln...

"A unique experience very different from a typical hotel! The location is in a residential neighborhood between homes, so very different from your typical hotel. The ample free snacks and drinks were a great perk. The shared common kitchen/dining room/porch were beautiful. The bedroom itself was a little small, and only a queen bed -- and only stairs, no elevator -- but the bathroom/shower was large and lovely. The host was frendly and communicative. Free street parking is available, no $40/night...
