"Ac worked, parking was fine... Staff was awful!!! One younger girl was ok. But the check in staff in the morning was awful!!!"

"The stay was overall pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I experienced was some confusion regarding the charges at check-in, as the final amount was higher than expected based on my Expedia booking. The situation was later resolved with a refund, which I appreciate. I would just recommend clearer communication about any additional fees to make the experience even better for future guests."

"Got to the property early, did the pre check in and was told my room number and that I would receive a call when my room was ready. Went back at 3:00 ( official check in time) and was told my room still was not ready and they told me my room a different room number than what they told me before, which leads me to believe my room was given away. They again told me I would receive a call when my room was ready, by 5:30 and I still hadn’t heard from them so I went back and they were able to find me a room at that time but again it was a different room number, which leads me to believe they gave my room away once again. Very unhappy with the customer service of the front desk staff. I paid for a resort fee and didn’t even get into my room until almost 6:30 and then it was time to eat dinner so I didn’t even get to use the resort as I was checking out the next day. "

"I don't visit for the Casino. : Please add elevators, and handicap ramps, so people don't have to drag heavy suitcases up/down the stairs at the bridge connection. : There is always a long line for the Sky Tower elevators. This hotel needs more elevators. : Garage yellow elevator does not go UP, only down. "

"We love this hotel, every time we go through Sparks, NV we stay here. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. It’s pet friendly. "
