"The breakfast was made to order but don’t order anything extra or you will be charged. The hot tub was not hot but it did bubble. After 3 days the room was not tidied up. We had to ask for fresh towels but the linen was not changed. The employees had nice personalities but the service did not match."

"The staff were absolutely amazing. They were especially helpful getting us taxis to and from locations. They were extremely helpful with getting a day trip scheduled for us to go on an island tour. The cleaning crew was awesome, daily service was great after coming back from a long day at one of the many beaches. The only negative was the side we were facing had loud music playing each night."

"Excellent location, just 100m from Eagle beach. Breakfast is incredible, AC works, shower has hot water, linnen was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Pretty much all I want from a budget hotel. Just one complaint: the odor from the toilet seems to stay lodged in the bathroom. I think they work with a septic tank? I couldn’t open the window at night because I didn’t want insects flying in. But I did in the morning and the smell dissappeard immediately. However, it now seemed to...

"The property was very well maintained. The room was a little stuffy when we arrived but the odor went away shortly after. Carlos and the cleaning ladies were awesome, very helpful and always available. The room was all we needed, microwave, small fridge, smart tv , coffee maker and free WiFi. Private pool and plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. Great location, short walk to the beach."
