"The hotel itself is beautiful and has a really nice vibe. Its location is quite convenient and close to many of the main sights, which made exploring the area enjoyable. However, be prepared for a lot of uphill walking—it can be a bit tiring, especially after a long day. The design of the hotel is stylish and well thought out, but in my opinion, it is somewhat overpriced for what it offers. One issue I experienced was a late-night alarm that wouldn’t stop. The staff mentioned it was due to someone smoking, but honestly, I wasn’t fully convinced. Another downside was the service regarding amenities. I requested an iron and called twice, and although the staff said they would provide one, it never arrived. That was quite frustrating. Another problem was the house keeping lady opening the room while I was there. There is no ‘don’t disturb’ option, it seems. Overall, it’s a visually appealing hotel in a good location, but there is definitely room for improvement in service and value for money."

"Breakfast was fantastic, Room was very clean. Tha staff was very friendly and helpful. The AC worked great. No complaints. We had a great time with the staff very friendly and courteous. Would definitely stay again! ❤️"

"The bed sheets had stains on them. The floor was not very clean, as i can see female hair on it. The sound proof was bad. However, tge bed was very comfortable. "

"Seven Hills Hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the warm and welcoming staff to its perfect location, every moment felt special. Dining with a breathtaking view of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque made it even more unforgettable. Truly a place I’ll always remember,highly recommended. Shout out to Fatima who is a very friendly and extra sweer lady at the counter. Thank you Fatima for all your help and always offering us a drink. "Went for the first time to Istanbul. This hotel is located in the best place walking distance to all the sight theme possible easy access to the train and bus stops restaurants bakeries everything is accessible.. Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were very clean. Everything in order organized breakfast. Complementary breakfast was the best. Loved it. Very nice friendly staff. I highly recommend it. It’s in the center of everything.. "

"Great location, good breakfast, helpful staff, rooms are clean but dated. Found the bath/shower difficult to get in and out of, it needs a grab bar. 3 of the Bathroom is walls are mirrors. Found this a bit strsnge. Corridor decor gives off death star vibes but sensor lights illuminate well once you start walking "
