The property was as expected. Staff was multilingual and helpful as needed. Communication was great, and they even locked our bags away after checkout as we had a late afternoon flight.

This is a newly renovated apartment in a commercial building - it didn't seem like anyone else lived there. Unfortunately, our main issue was the noise - it was not possible to sleep without earplugs at all. The studio is located on the first floor of a building facing a super busy street and there is no noise cancelling at all! There were renovations going on on another building in front of the apartment - unbearable noise all day every day. It wasn't possible to use the terrace at all. We were working remotely for a couple of days and the noise 24/7 was really disturbing. The door to the apartment also somehow didn't conceal any noise - we could hear all the people visiting all the institutions located in this building and it felt like they were inside the studio, not outside. The area around isn't great either - a lot of dilapidated buildings - looked pretty dodgy. Didn't enjoy walking there in the evening at all. Such a pity because the apartment itself was new and nice (although the dining chairs are very uncomfortable - you wouldn't be able to sit there more than 30 minutes)

Tolle Unterkunft. Schönes modernes Zimmer. Super mit dem Bus vom Flughafen zu erreichen und sehr zentral Einzig ein Spiegel im Zimmer und Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad und Dusche wären noch super. Ansonsten einfach nur toll. Auch das Personal super nett. Und alles Keyless mit PIN macht es einfach. Man muss nie an einen Schlüssel usw. Denken. Große Empfehlung

Génial !

Très bon emplacement à 10min à pied de tout bien que le centre d'Olbia soit très petit. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la proximité de l'arrêt de bus qui mène à l'aéroport, ou pour aller ailleurs. La chambre remplissait parfaitement mes besoins : espace, propreté, agencement, douche sympa, clim, et même un petit patio. Immeuble et appartement sécurisés avec digicode. Lit très confortable.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern gestaltet. Die Reinigungskraft war außerordentlich nett. Die Lage ist super, da das Zentrum von Olbia in ein paar min zu Fuss zu erreichen ist. Das einzige was fehlt, wäre ein dazugehöriger Parkplatz, wobei in den Strassen an der Unterkunft meist etwas frei war.

Netjes ingericht appartement. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig incl handdoeken. Enkele minuten lopen en je bent in de winkelstraten en bij de restaurants
