"Great hotel with excellent service, great views and very clean comfortable rooms. Would choose it again!"

"My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Tramas Hotel, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was plentiful and varied and the spa amenities were exceptional. We stayed in the Sardart Rooms which were spacious and modern. The hotel is situated off the main area which is much quieter however just very short walk from all the action. Highly recommend."

"Location great for walking. Parking convenient. Very helpful reception staff. Room had view and nice balcony. Traffic noise when door open due to location. Easy trip to airport"

"Great location. Breakfast was ok. The reception was very helpful and very nice."

"Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht kurze Wege zu den nächstgelegenen Restaurants. Das Zimmer entspricht den Bildern der Website. Das Frühstück ist klein gehalten, im Grunde beinhaltet es aber alles was man braucht und es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen."

"Beautiful modern place to stay in the centre of Olbia. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants. Staff is amazing! Parking available for a fee. I would definitely stay there again next time we are in Olbia."

"This place was such a surprise! Great location, near the airport but also able to walk to the water and restaurants. Front desk staff were charming and very helpful. And the breakfast was great! Really good value!"

"We loved the location for being so central … very clean, great air conditioner!!! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this stay for anyone looking for a simple, affordable place in the heart of Olbia !!"

"Perfect !! In every way , Location!!! Room !! Cleanliness!!! Beautiful Hotel. Roberto was so nice , he really made our stay perfect. Provided us any answers to our questions. First time to Sardegna and I cant wait to go back. Its the best location in town"

"Excellent location. Staff extremely helpful."

"Great little room close to the square and easy walking distance to bus station and train station , Barbara was lovely and welcoming. Would recommend her place."

"Perfect place. To communication. Top location with a restaurants few steps away!!! Bath in the bedroom!!!!!!! We didn’t liked only that we booked only for 1 night-next time we not going to make same mistake… Many THANKS!!!!"

"I would stay at this place everytime when I come to Sardinia. It was very clean, very quiet and so close to historical center of Olbia. Thank you to the host for having us."

"Hotel room was very clean, modern, and well designed. Shower with changing color LED lights was also cool. The space is small but has what you need. Location wise it is right in the center of a heavy traffic area so if you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not for you. If you’re looking to be in the center of things including night life, this hotel is great. Very close to the airport and there is also a free parking lot about a 6-8min walk away if you’re looking to avoid the daily parking...

"Nice little apartment to stay in a good central location. Very clean and functional."

"Amazing 3 night stay at Nuova luxury rooms and apartments. The room was cleaned to a very high standard and had everything you would need. The room had a fridge with complimentary water, a coffee machine with pods and kettle with different teas. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed. They also provide pool towels as they have the added bonus of a pool that you can relax at after a day exploring Olbia. Location is fantastic and is literally around the corner from shops, bars and restaurants...
