"I'm very pleased with this hotel. For the price, I don't know what else you can ask for. I stayed here for a couple of weeks for work. Good location, clean rooms and friendly staff. I will be using them anytime I'm in Tulsa."

"Staying at this property was like staying at your Grandma's house. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, but the house is older and has not seen recent renovations. The inside is comfortable and filled with antiques, but the beds and linens are older. It is clean and well-kept, but not up-to-date. The home had plenty of space for our family of five including 3 different tables for eating meals and playing games. The washing machine and dryer work, but we did not use any of the kitchen appliances. The only big complaint we had was that the listing says there is a pull out bed in the living room sofa, but there isn't. I think perhaps that couch has been replaced. We did find an old futon mattress in a closet that we dragged out (because we needed an extra bed), but it really wasn't ideal. "
