"WOW! It has been a looooong time since I have been this happy with a hotel stay. Everything about our room was fantastic. Beautifully appointed, comfortable beds, and VERY clean shower - HALLELUJAH! We will DEFINITELY stay here again!"

"Love the cookies and checking and the margaritas!!"

"The front desk staff were very pleasant and the included breakfast was passable. Room was clean and comfortable until night hours. Surrounding walls and windows were very thin, heard surrounding neighbors throughout the night, coughing and snoring. The inn backed up to business with late night delivery so that added to the rough sleep experience."

"After booking on line remotely, staff required $100 credit card hold in person for incidentals for a prepaid reservation. It might not have been so bad if that had been disclosed up front, but had it been, we would have never books at the AVID by IHG hotel........ BAIT and SWITCH tactics at best. Very rude manager and staff who all need to find another form of work. I will never stay at nor recommend anyone stay at an AVID by IHG hotel again."

"This might be one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed. The entire place was so beautiful. The breakfast and everything provided was top notch. We will definitely be back."

"Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Great stay"

"Room and service were great. Am American classic hotel. But skip Tue steak night - not worth it."

"First time using valet parking. Loved it. First time visiting this place. Clean, spacious and convenient. Restaurant delish"

"Parking was very easy with the parking garage right behind the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly. They gave us food recommendations and sightseeing recommendations. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices. The room was very clean."
