"Breakfast was fresh and Okay, Generic. Parking was easy and convenient. The rooms are not well insulated, big gaps under doors, you hear everyone, people snoring in other rooms. The worst is if you get a room facing the highway (Street in the front) You can't sleep. "

"The hotel was beautiful. However there were some issues. Firstly, we stayed for 3 nights and on the second full day at 2pm our room still had not been cleaned. Garbage was overflowing, so we called the front desk and they said they we were on the list to be cleaned that day. Does housekeeping not come daily anymore at hotels? They came when we left and emptied the garbages, gave us new towels but only made 1 of the 3 beds. We were gone hours so it’s not like the didn’t have time to make the...

"Love the big out door pool that’s open year round and the view of the lake. Staff are friendly. Room is clean and comfortable and spacious. The bathtub is great. This is our go to place every time we are in Osoyoos. "

"The Best Western Plus in Osoyoos was ideal for the one week stay. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of variety and very good quality. Staff was helpful. The room was great - lots of space, great sleeping quarters, full kitchen was very much appreciated."

"No restaurant for breakfast until 11 a.m. Room was clean. Shower had no place to put soap except the shower floor. Only 1 hanger for coats or clothing. Price was very reasonable and the staff we interacted with were professional."

"The young man at the front desk that checked us in was very nice and explained things well. Our room was very nice and comfortable beds. The complementary breakfast is great. Lots of options. Eggs, hash browns, sausages, yogurts, bread, bagels, cereals, oj and more. The pool is small and unfortunately the water was a Rita’s to cool to enjoy. We would definitely stay again "
