revisar el numero de estrellas

la comida deja mucho q desear, por ser un 4 estrellas, la noche del domingo no habia bufet y nos ofrecieron una serie de platos a elegir, y era nefasta, supongo q era la comida q habia quedado del almuerzo o del dia anterior. segun la reserva el precio incluia el spa, y tuvimos q pagarlo, nos indicaron en recepcion q no estaba incluido.

La estancia en general estuvo bastante bien. El hotel está limpio y el personal es muy amable, aunque le falta mantenimiento en algunas zonas, sobre todo las exteriores. Nos decepcionó la cena, ya que íbamos con media pensión porque se suponía que la cena era tipo buffet y al llegar nos dijeron que no, que como había pocos clientes que no lo habían puesto y que lo que había era un menú (un primero, un segundo y un postre a elegir), que aunque estaba bueno no tiene nada que ver con un buffet.

le sobra alguna estrella

Relación calidad precio correcta si más, pero no se corresponde con lo que espero de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Al reservarlo pensé que se trababa de una oferta muy buena pero realmente es que no vale más. Creo que le sobra como mínimo una estrella. El sitio muy bonito, en la montaña y cerca de Marbella, tiene un hall muy agradable y bien decorado, la habitación es amplia y cómoda y estaba limpia, la terraza y exteriores del hotel necesitan una mano de pintura. El spa esta en obras, a medio servicio, lo cuál no se avisa al reservar. La comida regular, el desayuno aceptable pero la cena muy pobre, bufet libre con poca variedad y la calidad regular tirando a mala.

O Hotel não é de todo de 4 estrelas, 2 e é muito. O frigorífico não funcionou durante 6 dias que lá estive hospedada o que fez com que não pudesse comprar coisas para comer no Hotel e para levar para a praia. Os quartos muitos velhos de mobílias, nunca mais volto. Só gostei das empregadas de limpeza, no restaurante às pessoas também eram antipaticas, adoro Espanha mas desta vez... negativo negativo, não recomendo.

Esta alejado y el tramo final de la carretera es algo estrecho pero el hotel y entorno merecen la pena. Mejor de lo esperado. Personal muy amable en todo momento y el alojamiento limpio y muy comodo con habitacion muy amplia

tolle Aussicht, zum verweilen & entspannen

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Personal freundlich, englisch sprechend. Zimmer gross, mit Terasse und Liegestühlen. Leider etwas hellhörig. In der Lobby gibt es ein großen TV, Billiard, Brettspiele, Bar. Desweiteren sind ein Gym, Spa, Pool und große Sonnenterasse vorhanden von der man eine tolle Aussicht genießen kann. Das Hotel befindet sich wie es der Name vermuten lässt auf einem Berg,abgelegen. Schön zum verweilen und die 15min Fahrt auf den Berg nimmt man gern in kauf bei der Aussicht.

Lujo de la clase media

El hotel es un lugar precioso: un entorno natural y tranquilo, unas vistas preciosas desde cualquier lugar del hotel, unas estancias buenas y cómodas y actividades a cascoporro. Es un lujo que a los clientes el acceso al spa fuera gratuito. El personal es super amable. Las instalaciones son buenas; con algunos defectos pero se pueden corregir fácilmente (y de hecho durante nuestra estancia hemos visto al hotel trabajar en ello). La comida, en contrario a los comentarios generales que nos encontramos antes de ir, está buenísima. Hay dos cartas para elegir y el bufé; o sea, se puede encontrar algo para comer para cualquier persona y gusto. Al encontrarse en un lugar más alejado, el hotel ofrece algunas actividades como rutas de senderismo, juegos de mesa y música en directo en algunas noches. Merece la pena ir y se va a querer volver.
