"My husband and I wanted to experience staying in an Airstream trailer and it was fun. It was clean, the queen bed was comfortable. You also had the choice of using the toilets and showers on the property which was nice. The con for this experience was the trailer #2 door did not open easily."

"This place is good for a cheap, but clean stay at Ojai. The room that I stayed in was kind of odd. Every time we would pass the center of the room, the TV cabinet it shook and made a lot of noise. Very inconvenient and annoying. I would be weary of that if you are sensitive to noises. The soap dispensers in the room were oddly shaped as well, resulting in the soap being difficult to gather in your hands. Overall just okay, would not rave about this place."

"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I could not stay in my room. I ended up sleeping on the couch at a winery for 2 days. The shower was dirty upon arrival. If I showered there I would have needed to keep my shoes on. The jacuzzi tub was no better. It was dirty and had hair in it that was not mine. There were stains on the bed spread. Staff was not present continually but rather left a phone number to call. I took pictures and will follow up. I would not recommend...

We've never had such a charge before. We did decline. The first gentleman who served us was excellent. He checked us in and also helped us carry our bags in. "An actual key was given. There were locks on the door, but one of them needed to be “pumped” so that we can unlocked the door. There were two TV’s in the room. One worked and another did not. The working TV seemed to froze a lot. Uncovered plastic cups were provided in the room. The bathroom does not have a fan and the window would not open. The floor seemed grimey. We had two beds, but we only used one. The bed was very unstable. The sheets seemed old and questionable. The walls were paper thin...

"Can't say enough good things about this special hotel. The lobby, courtyard and our room were all interesting and beautiful. The staff was kind and attentive. The location is perfect for walking to the many fun thrift stores, amazing restaurants and coffee shops and fun evening vibes of live music on the streets of Ventura."

"Waypoint Ventura is a treat, to say the least. All the vintage trailers are beautifully appointed and restored. Plus, the whole vibe in the place is just fantastic. Easy walkability to great restaurants and breweries. Looking forward to my next stay and trying a different travel trailer next time."

"Breakfast was ok. My room was ok but the phone in my daughter’s room didn’t work. She also had problems with the shower switch. She eventually got it to work but the water pressure was very light. She also had a large bug run across her bed and was able to catch it."
