"Everything is first class. Every detail of the property is superior. We ate at the Oak Restaurant three nights. The food is very good. However the time between courses is not good. Very slow. The waitstaff is good; it's the kitchen that can't keep up. This was on a Sunday, Monday and Tuesday at 6:30 P.M. The restaurant was about three quarters full so it should have had better timing. We decided against dessert all three nights because of the delays."

"The room was very clean and spacious. Quiet area. The garden areas were very accessible and enjoyable to use. The staff very helpful and friendly. I loved also just walking around the adjacent neighborhood, the mountain view;spectacular!"

"I love this hotel. One criticism i have is that i wish they had a nespresso machine or any machine for espresso. The restaurants nearby had an insane hour wait or more. 2nd criticism is no drawers for any clothes. Front desk staff super friendly and helpful. I would stay there again"

"Vry"

"staff was very nice & helpful"

"Nice place. Easy walking around to restaurants and the Libbey Bowl. Clean, spacious room and comfy bed."

"Room was clean, bed was comfy, but a little stiff (side sleeper), sheets not cotton, room smelled a little of chemical cleaners, staff very helpful. On the highway, so road noise. I drowned it out with the AC and bathroom fan."

"Staff was friendly. It smelled and looked brand-new. My room was spacious and clean. Convenient location. I will definitely stay here again in the future."

"Very nice and unique boutique hotel with comfy beds and good amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Parking was a little limited and filled up fast. The area is quiet and there are many things close by."

"Walk to the beach in 2 minutes Decent food and mellow vibe with outdoor seating Clean rooms"

"Me tocó una habitación muy húmeda que olía horrible, tuve que decir 3 veces en recepción y hasta el siguiente día me cambiaron de cuarto, sentí que hasta mi última noche se esmeraron por tener super limpio y libre de olor, los pasillos también huelen a humedad."

"I really enjoyed my stay."

"I didn’t really like anything at the property other than the location. The room was disgusting and especially in the bathroom where there was black mold everywhere. Also, there is no proper insulation on the bottom of the doors, well, at least in the room that I was in on the first floor, so you will hear every person’s conversation as if they are literally standing in the room with you. I ended up checking out early and heading over to another property close by. Would never stay there again."

"Clean rooms and floors, working fridge and microwave"

"Clean property Nice employee Breakfast was a plus Rooms nice w/kitchen Golf course view from some rooms Location to santa barbara and solving was good for us"
