Walking distance to JR station. Friendly staff, great view of the mountain from our japanese room tat sleeps 5pax with 2 toilets to share. Dinner and breakfast were fantastic and yummy. Definitely recommend to friends who's visiting Yufuin.

Quiet location just a short walk from the train station. Superb ryokan experience with modern amenities throughout. If you’re fortunate enough to get a room with a private onsen, you can enjoy all manner of luxury beyond the available public onsen facilities. A great option to spoil yourself, if even for a night or two.

Yufuin Kotobuki Hananosho overfed us

Very convenient, near train station. Clean and pleasant ambience. Shared onsen is generally good, we like the outdoor onsen. Generous in toilet amenities bag. Commend on Ms Kawahala excellent customer service, she is friendly and helpful at check in counter.

Great Japanese style hotel. Convenient location from Fukuin station. Quiet and very friendly and helpful staff. Food is also very good and quite an impressive amount. One negative was chose this hotel since they have a sauna but is closed due to corona still. This was not mentioned on Expedia. At this point in time being closed due to coronavirus is a bit outdated and disappointing

Hotel is located to the right of Yufuin station. Takes about 5-10 mins walk. Hotel lobby has good ambience. Room was adequately big and well placed. Front desk staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Ryokan style mattress which was too thin to sleep on. Staff will setup before bedtime. Care to ask if extra pillows are chargeable. Room amenities were standard Japanese. Need to be ready to check out at 10am sharp as cleaners are at your door.
