"Great food clean room "

"Parking was a struggle, took £100 damage deposit (told me £50) and I’ve still not had it back 5 days later. Also had to pay for parking. Breakfast was good though and only £10 if your a member"

"I stay here regularly. I can't fault much. I think the stairs need to have better visibility so they can be used, especially if you're only on the 1st floor. Staff are very accommodating in the restaurant and bar. My ONLY criticism is breakfast. The fried eggs have never been great but on my most recent visit, they were inedible. Like rubber. "Lovely Hotel with restaurant. Breakfast was very nice using good quality ingredients. I particulalry enjoyed the bacon. The restaurant was also very good for meals. Location was convenient for the centre of Stevenage. Staff were helpful and attentive."

"Overall an okay stay, our room had a funny smell when we first went in, however we kept being disturbed by door banging in the corridors most of the night as they didn’t have soft closing door hinges on them and the rooms aren’t very sound proof, also not much choice food wise on the menu for anyone who is a fussy eater so had to walk out to find somewhere to eat, also found the hotel quite dark when you walk into reception and not overly appealing, in comparison to other hotels."
