"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The room was extremely clean, well maintained, and very comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast was also one of the highlights of my stay. There was a good variety of delicious food, and everything was fresh and well prepared. "Great location - close to the main shopping arcade. Rooms were clean and decent size. Staff were great. The public onsen was nice but smaller for the size of the hotel. Unfortunately, due to the lack of consideration for other guests from parents, there was an intolerable amount of noisy children who were treating the onsen as a swimming pool. "
