Property owner very unorganized, no one came to clean the rooms for three days. The appliances on the room doesn’t work and costumer service was very poor. I have stayed many places in Jamaica and I would never stay here again. If you just looking for somewhere cheap, this is the place I guess.

I arrived the the property and security asked question where i would be staying amd wasnt given information.... after call the host multiple times was not given a room when asked for my money back was told by the host i was rude and blocked me... recommend booking at the hotel or with the hotel not with this host still waiting on my refund to be returned and was told by the the front dest this is a regular occurrance with this host as they are individually own by others not just the hotel...

Room was in a deplorable condition. The room itself that they gave me should not be offered to guests. They need to do major remodeling of that room. The stove needed to change, the bathroom was filled with soap scum (don’t think it was cleaned from the previous user). There was trash stuck in light switch on the wall. Had to stay at another hotel. Do not recommend..
