"This is our second time staying at Four Points by Sheraton. We enjoyed our second stay as much as the first. Staff is very friendly and helpful with any special request we had. Very conveniently located to Downtown Main Street, Flushing, NY. We didn’t use the pool or fitness room on this trip, since we spent so much time exploring new restaurants that opened since last year in Flushing. Shuttle pickup is a very nice and convenient amenity. Pick up was quick and the driver who picked us up from the airport and the one that drove us back to the airport, were very friendly and professional. We will be staying here again on our next visit to NY. "

"Huge credit to them — I didn’t have a charger, just a usb cable, and the usb in my first room was broken. Within 10 mins, they had me moved to a new room with a working outlet. Clean, quiet, and right in the middle of NYC"

"The twin bed room was tiny and mattresses on floor with no bed frame. Stayed w one child who is teenager. The glass enclosure of bathroom was see through. So no privacy. Also could hear the person next room snoring through the wall at night. "

The location of the hotel was perfect in walking distance of major attractions in Times Square the bar area amazing service the food amazing service and delicious. They have a coffee shop inside the hotel also delicious perfect 10 out of 10 would definitely stay again."
