Well they charged a 100 deposit for a 72.00 room. I checked out on 2/6 and my bank just notified me they have not returned my 100 deposit i need to escalate this

Embassy Suites by Hilton Temecula Valley Wine Country
The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Our room very clean we got an upgrade, which was nice. We asked for different pillows and a blanket and when we got back to our room, they were there.
