There wasn't anyone at the hotel to answer questions and I had to call a number to get buzzed into the building. "A/C was not working. Informed staff 50 minutes after check in. Was advised that they will investigate. Could not open windows either as bugs were sitting outside. Nothing was resolved while I stayed there. Mattress was uncomfortable, I could feel the springs. All in all the stay was uncomfortable."
