Reklamation am Anreisetag mit Expedia telefonisch nur auf Englisch möglich!! 1. Alle Reißverschlüsse an den Bettbezügen waren kaputt.1 Kopfkissen hatte Blutflecken !!! Das geht nicht!!! 2. "We were 4 adults and stayed for a week. The staff were very helpful and quite conversable in English. The rooms were clean every day. The hotel offers a good buffet breakfast. It is very easy to reach by train only about 7 minutes walk and also it is very close to the centre about 5 mins walk to Marktplatz. Very well served in all aspects"
