Angefangen im Zimmer bei der defekten Nachttischlampe, einer defkten Steckdosenabdeckung, einem defkten Fensterschanier, einer schmutzigen Fernbedienung TV und einem Teppich voller Flecken. Im Bad steckte der Lüfter locker in den Fliesen, die Duschtür war untem am Rahmen rostig, der Griff der Dusche innen fehlte (außen nur noch locker befestigt), ein defekter Föhn steckte in der Halterung, die Schrauben der Handttuchstange verrostet und die Glasablage war...

"Great stay! Rooms are huge making for a nice place to sit down after a lot of walking. The parcade is fantastic if you are driving in the city.
The only challenge with the large room is that the AC didn’t cool off the bedroom very well just the living area, it is too noisy to open any windows with trams going all night.
The breakfast is fantastic and well worth it.
Overall a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel."

The rooms are nice but quite small for a 5 star hotel but very nice and clean. Confortable beds.
The staff at the reception are very nice and willing to help. The concierge not so much. I needed information and advice and she was not responsive. A 5 star hotel needs to have someone better involved in helping the guests."
