From the front desk and beyond into this hotel is 4 stars. Its their parking that is horrendous, we had to walk over a quarter mile to park. They send me an email around one week before I'm reserved to be there, informing me that there is issues with having on-site parking. I arrive to see their parking garage is in ruins and probably has been for years, completely unusable. Had they offered this information upfront, rather than waiting, I'd be giving them 5 stars right now.

Das Zimmer,das Personal , alles war top. Ich habe extra angerufen und um einen früheren check in gebeten da ich auf einer Veranstaltung war die um 16 Uhr begann. Das Zimmer war nicht fertig. Und viele Gäste die nach uns kamen haben Zimmer bekommen. Das fand ich sehr schade und hat mich etwas gestresst. Da ich extra nachgefragt habe hat mich das etwas gestört.

Best hotel in this area. Great view from the rooms on high floors. Can see the entire city even. Very quiet and right next to the great park for families. Very close to the train station as well. Excellent room cleanliness.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und im Hotel war alles super. Leider konnte die Tiefgarage nicht genutzt werden und der Parkplatz war einige hundert Meter entfernt . Zudem waren früh sm Morgen Straßenbauarbeiten direkt vor dem Gebäude

The hotel is excellent in general, the reason of four stars is because the location. On the map, it seems to be close to the train station, however is a solid fifteen minutes walk.

Staff was actually very kind. However, as far as room service, which was limited, as we were told they would exchange our towels/sheets day three, didn’t happen. When we requested at least fresh towels, the staff seemed far from pleased to provide this service. The rooms are adequate, nothing special. Th bartenders were great as well as the breakfast staff. The hotel is Bear public transport and the staff was great calling for a taxi. Overall, a pretty good stay.

Struttura buona, ricondizionata seppur degli anni 70, colazione eccellente, staff disponibile, logisticamente poco distante dal centro, a piedi 15/20 min passeggiando, fermata del tram a 200m, un po’ isolato ma in compagnia anche in tarda serata non abbiamo avuto alcun problema a rientrare a piedi.
