"On the positive side: The AVI casino is just the right size for ease of navigating around the room. Restrooms, bars, cafes, games, all within easey reach.The gaming is fine with a great variety. The bars and cafes are great. Free drinks while gambling is greatly appreciated. The staff are all super polite and helpful. Our room was fine; we could set the temperature to our liking and always be comfortable. The pools are very nice with tepid water and not too deep. On the negative side: The pool side cabanas should be available without charge; haveing them taped off limits is an insult. A larger non-smoking area in the casino would be appreciated; the smoke having to be dealt with for non-smokers is really bad. Our bed was too hard, my back ached all night and I had trouble sleeping."

"Room was clean . Typically, the TV remote was scetchy. The coke machine was not operable. The housekeeper and front desk ladies were pleasant and helpful . The ground in the parking lot could have been cleaner and it appeared the pool was not available ."
