"Room was clean, but amenities were scarce: no hair conditioner was left in a bottle, no soap bar, or shower cap. The only access to soap was attached to bathtub’ wall, sink is in separate room area, it’s very inconvenient. Room is for six persons, but only four towels, we had to go down to ask for more. My daughter was sick and shivering with cold, but blanket was very thin. We asked for two extra blankets, they gave only one, saying it was a limit."

"Well our shower was a problem. There was water on the floor (we had not used the shower), so we were not sure if the bathroom floor has been cleaned. Also what appeared to be just gunk in the tub. Anyway my husband would not let me use the shower until someone came in and made sure that it was ok to use. Since we were there for only 2 nights waiting to shower was a problem. Someone did come in to check out the problem. Otherwise it was ok. Worst coffee ever, that makes me very sad. Good coffee...

"The lobby smelled strongly of carpet deodorizer and the second floor where we stayed smelled overwhelmingly like Indian food our entire stay. The property common areas were not very clean, but the beds, sheets, rooms, breakfast area were clean. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Location to the park and nearby restaurants were why we booked and did not disappoint. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful."

"We checked in pretty quickly when we arrived. The main entrance is probably the only space in the entire hotel that is clean. The carts for luggage were broke and rigged with tape. The room was horrendous. Holes in the walls and bathroom door. Powder substance all over the couch. Stains on the walls, carpet, tub, sink, and toilet. All were dirty. The sheets were dirty and the room smelled of mold. We immediately grabbed our suit cases and went down to request a refund. This is where we...

"When I first showed up Friday morning, October 2 the desk clerk - Linda was kind of rude and abrupt. I had stopped in before check in time just to let the staff know I was in town, and to see if any rooms would be available before the advertised 4pm check in time. I was not looking to get a room just then as it was about 6:30am. Linda responded like I was trespassing on the property, when actually I was going to be there for 3 nights starting that Friday. Everything and all the rest of the...
