"For some reason the hotel showed two reservations in my name. The hotel was nice enough to refund their portion of the reservation but you crooks won’t. I told everyone I visited about how you mishandled it. I will never use you again and hopefully the rest of my family will do the same."

"Pros: free laundry and detergent, clean and fresh-smelling, friendly staff, very spacious, hot tub outside on the balcony (we didn’t use), many amenities (we did not use).
