"The property is in need of an update. There was nowhere to put your clothes you had to keep them in the suitcases. Also, they can do without the kitchenette which takes up a lot of space in the room that could be used to put additional furnishing such as a wardrobe, etc. Staff need to be trained ..."

"We enjoyed or stay, but the pillows are too soft so we couldn’t sleep well The fishpond were very fun for the kids. The Parkside view was very nice. It was close to Empress Hotel."
