'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach
10/10 Excellent
"The property is in a great location and the hotel has very nice amenities. The staff were helpful and polite. The pool area was nice, but too many people leave their towels on the chair and it's hard to tell if they are coming back. Staff needs to monitor the chairs to remove towels if they have been there awhile. I liked that they offered beach chairs and umbrellas from a nearby place."

"The shower was not clean. Black mildew in the grout. The AC was leaking and the floor and table was wet. They sent up a guy to fix it. They did not offer to change rooms but we were too tired anyway. I have 2 little girls and they were already asleep. There was loud construction. Other than that the resort was beautiful and convenient. The beach is a few steps away. The staff was so so nice. Room service was very fast. There were a lot of people. The hotel and pools are not gated so there were so many people. Side: There was an airline attendant that fell off - balcony and passed way."

"Got an upgrade to the ocean front high floor room and it was PERFECT! Had an amazing time, it was everything and more. The only downside was the small bathroom and the shower floor was not the best, but in the grand scheme it was a non-issue for me personally. The staff were kind, the location was so central and made it even more worth it. So glad I stayed here for my first visit to HI!"

"This was our fourth time here.and it never disappoints. The food is amazing and the views from their restaurant can't be beat. The location is the best as well as the staff, pool, and cleanliness. It is hard to stay anywhere else when you want to be in Waikiki."

"The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The breakfast was good and offered buffet-style options. They also had security on-site, which was a nice added feature and made me feel more comfortable as a traveler. Overall, it’s a nice, family-friendly hotel that I would definitely recommend."

"The pool is nice, clean, and the dimension is longer than another hotel I stayed. The room, hall way, pool, and lobby are very clean. What I don't like: 1. Lotion is not provided in the room. 2. Inside the dresser's drawer in the room, I found clothing (swimming suite and underwear) left by the previous guest(s). We had a busy schedule so I did not bother contacting the front desk."
