"Great location. It's pretty clean overall. I gave a 4-star rating for cleanliness because I did see a small cockroach once in the kitchen area. I think the property needs renovation badly. The furniture looks old. The rooms have stone tiles with poor sound proofing, so you can hear everything above, below and next to you. The noise kept me awake many nights. "

"The location was excellent.We had a partial ocean view. It is right across the street from International Market and just 2-3 blks to the beach and Royal Hawaiian Resort and shopping. The $55 a day parking charge was unexpected. I did not have any idea it was going to cost an extra $230 just to park. It was valet only so a lot of waiting. "

My disappointment was the contruction, the noise, the person in next room was smoking on his balcony(smoke coming thru to my open balcony door) security knocking at his door 2 different days, early in the morning.
