"Very friendly staff. Elevator can be frustrating even with 3 running it's very busy here and there were times we had to wait for multiple ones to finally have room to ride. Thos would be the only meh about this place.
100 sails restaurant inside has an awesome breakfast buffet. Close enough to walk (10 min) to mall that has tons of shopping and eateries.
Uber is your best friend if you don't want to drive!!! Taxis are insane price wise. Traffic is no joke out here. "

"Japaneese miso soup for breakfast, sea weeds , clean breakfast rood. Staff wiping tables after each resident! They kept our bags before flight after checking out, so we had chance to enjoy ocean 1 more time! Peaceful and quiet, always soft music on the backgroung in the lobby and breakfast room! "

"After 7 days at Kona on the Big Island, we decided to end our trip on Waikiki Beach for 4 days. We chose the Perfect Hotel for us. Shocking how clean everything was - not just our room but also the public areas. We updated to VIP status for a bit more money - definitely worth it. Room with balcony; breakfast buffet every morning with stunning views of Pacific, Beach, and Diamond Head; late daily afternoon drinks (no charge) and light food...using same venue as the Breakfast.
