"Stayed 6 nights following a cruise and it was an amazing location. We had a beachfront room that overlooked Waikiki beach and we sat on the balcony watching the sunset each night. We hired a car directly from the hotel so that was convenient. The room was large and clean. Close to buses to the Ala Moana shopping centre. Walking distance to Dukes bar, Cheescake Factory etc. We had no issues at all and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Waikiki on the beach."

"Unfortunately, I we were put in a room with a port window, not what we paid for. We were moved to a balcony room the following day. Everything from this point was amazing. I thought the two elevators were a small inconvenience, but manageable. The only downside was the small restroom and the door swing. Maids were fantastic. Beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, love it!"

"The room was fine. Maybe time for a renovation. The plumbing would make loud noise in the middle of the night. The bed was ok but the pillows were so worn out and flat. The lady that checked us in was ok but not very friendly. We have been coming here for awhile, this was the first time i did not feel the aloha spirit. "
