"Me and my wife try and stay here every time we drive up from Orange County, CA to drop off or pick up our son from NAU. The hotel is always clean, super cool and relaxed vibe. And we love the fire pits. The pizza is always good and the kale Caesar chicken salad was excellent. Parking is safe and secure. This past trip we had our car packed from moving our son out of his dorm and there was no break in. All items were still in there.
We’ll be back after summer."
"Absolutely AMAZING staff. The front desk person was so helpful. She noticed our two rooms were far apart and changed them so they were two doors down from each other. I asked for sheets for the pullout and told them to go ahead and leave them while we were gone to dinner. When we arrived back they had made the pullout for me. Housekeeping told me they would request the late checkout, so I didn’t need to go to the front desk. Everyone was so extremely helpful. The rooms are a bit outdated, but they were very clean. I will take quality service any day over a new pristine hotel, that charges for an early check in or checkout. It is on a main road, so if noise bothers you bring earplugs. Very happy we stayed there."
