"For a basic hotel it was clean and the people were helpful and friendly. If you just need a place to crash for the night it was more than adequate - large rooms, clean, nice shower. Had obviously been recently remodeled. Kitchen would have been adequate but no utensils, pots, pans, so unless you had your own, useless. Not much else!"

"The bathroom sink had a drain stopper that would not budge, preventing the sink from draining. I called the front desk from the room phone several times and was never connected. The internet disconnected several times, and I had to walk to the front desk to speak to someone because no one ever answered the phone. Once I found someone, they said there was nothing they could do to remedy the situation, and suggested I use my phone as a hotspot. I told her they were not getting 5 stars for sure."
