The reviews are true. This property is very dated, however for the right price it is a decent place to stay. The rooms are clean and well equipped. There is an onsite ski rental shop, ski lockers, convenience store and wonderful onsens and pool area.

This property was beautiful and very clean. Staff are super friendly and accomodating. It is a bit out the way from main areas of Hakuba. However, the hotel does have a shuttle bus, only on a limited schedule though.

Staff were very helpful and buffet was well managed though very busy at times. The onsen was of good size . Beautiful views.
