The only saving grace about this place is that it is right on the beach. There are a few good restaurants within 3 minutes walk. On arrival, there was NO mosquito net, NO toilet paper, NO soap, NO wastebasket, and a staff that seemed not to care much. Air conditioner failed, and the staff final response was "bad luck".

We arrived very late in the night. The hotel was not difficult to find however was somehow hidden between restaurants and other hotels. Nevertheless we really enjoyed the stay. Nice room with an ocean view. Close to the restaurants and bus stops. Haven't met many of the staff crew but those on our way were very nice.

NICE HOTEL right at the beach

I had an AMAZING trip, and the hotel was right at the beach including nice breakfest, and right next to some other beach hotels / restaurant / life / the city. No cleaning in the room doing the stay. Bungalow wipes.

Budget hotel. Close to beach. Great views . Nice clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Would recommend it. We tried another hotel but returned to this one.

An OK landing point for independent traveller

This is a cramped, but lively accommodation option in the most frequented section of The Northern Beaches. Squashed between a restaurant and another accommodation. Nearby restaurants have latge verandas built over the shore. This restrains the view and space left for actual beach activities. Accommodation quality requires a lot of patience. Acceptable level of cleanliness (except for mosquito net, which is sticky dirty) and willingness to help out, sort your issues. But pretty much you have to be your own hotel manager, asking for the AC to be fixed, for hot water, etc. When they realised things were not to satisfaction they attempted to correct things, but water flow remained extremely poor throughout. Prices of services are not statd clearly and they do try to give you a higher price whenever they can, incl in the restaurant. Inclusive breakfast is basic. Restaurant has good food in local standards. Close to activities, you are all right to walk during the day. Rooms look at the courtyard, which can be extremely noisy from very early in rhe morning. Sea activities can be booked directly at the hotel, as one of the more distant diving companies has representation over there. Neighburing diving companies are literally minutes away. These are, however based locally giving shorter transfer times. Overall an axeptable budget option, if you do not get overcharged in the busiest area, even if probably would not be my Nr1 choice even in the immediate cicinity.
