Camere spaziose con arredamento molto semplice. Nelle nuove camere non c'è ancora la cassaforte, ma c'è la possibilità di usare quelle nella reception. Colazione buona e personale disponibile ed attento

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und herzlich. Die Zimmer sind natürlich nicht der selbe Standard wie daheim aber es wird alles für die Sauberkeit getan. Kigwendeni Villas wir sehen uns wieder.👍

A volte gentilezza e disponibiltà non bastano...
Mi trovo un po' in difficoltà a espimere un giudizio su Kigwedeni.
Partiamo dagli aspetti positivi: in primis sicuramente la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff. Non male la colazione (anche se un pò ripetitiva) composta da frutta fresca, pancake, omelette o uova, pane tostato con burro e marmellata, succo di frutta, tè e caffè americano. Buono anche il ristorante: ho mangiato le ultime 2 sere e un po' mi sono pentito di non averlo provato prima (pesce cucinato benissimo).
Note negative: in primis la stanza: sporca, bagno pessimo (il water si staccava dal pavimento), muri piene di scrostature dovute all'alta umidità presente in camera, letto scomodo. La pulizia della stanza lasciava abbastanza a desiderare: non chiedo di cambiare le lenzuola tutti i giorni ma gli asciugamani si, o almeno ogni 2 giorni e non ogni 4/5 giorni come è accaduto. Posizione: 100 mt per raggiungere il mare passando da una stradina dove ci sono tutte le bancarelle dei Masai, ma per raggiungere tutti gli altri ristoranti sulla spiaggia ci vogliono 10/15 min e di sera la strada è completamente buia.
In conclusione: per il prezzo pagato non mi aspettavo niente di eccezionale, ma sinceramente mi aspettavo di più soprattutto per quanto riguarda stanza e pulizia. Pagando leggermente poco di più si riescono a prendere altri alloggi direttamente sulla spiaggia e più vicini alla zona "viva".
