"Best Western Brook Norwich Hotel check in experience I booked a family room. I came with a heavy luggage and two young children (2y and 4y). My room was on 2nd floor. I found it isn’t convenient that there is no lift because it is not easy to carry the luggage through stairs while looking after two children on stairs. There was a slight walk way from reception and the stairs. The lighting is a bit dark. My two children were scared of walking through it. I wish the lighting can be as bright...

"If you want Cheap! No Human Contact ! and Thrash Metal at 120 decibels loud enough to shake everything in your room until midnight then this is the place for you!!! Reason for my stay was for a 100 mile bike race starting at 7 am the next day from the Cathedral - 4 hrs sleep was hardly ideal preparation."
