"Clean room, lots of parking good breakfast!"

"My stay in Room 317 certainly left a lot to be desired. The carpet is stained with bleach and you can see it as soon as you enter the room. There is a water sound in the room that persists all day and night, and when you alert the staff of the issue they act like they’re concerned and going to do something about it, but nothing changes and there’s no follow up. You will be greeted by someone’s hair on the walls of your shower too. It’s cool to see the horses in the morning, but the hotel and staff are a bit lackluster. If they try to put you in Room 317, tell them ABSOLUTELT NOT!"

"One of the cleanist hotels ive ever stayed in. The room was cozy and there was plenty of amenities. Best hotel ive ever stayed in. The only issue was that there was no TV guide and that tue mattress was a bit too hard for my liking."

"Rooms were clean and we got upgraded to a suite for not a lot more money. We ate at the Down One Bourbon Bar, and they were very short-staffed so we waited a long time for a server to help us, but once we were waited on the food and drinks were good."

"We have stayed at this hotel 4 times now during the derby, its been 2 years since the last stay and lets just say conditions are not great. The rust/dirtiness / bugs etc was horrendous. Don’t think I will be going back. Lost a customer. Also, I understand about being pet friendly but also think that the dogs should be on a leash when in the public areas of the hotel instead of just roaming around the lobby and hallway ."
