"The location is great, 5 mins from the station and right next tothe bars and restaurants of the mailbox. Good amenities - coffee in the room, toiletries etc. Onsite gym is well equipped and the small bar is lovely."

"Room was clean just tired. Furniture was functional but showed signs of wear. Facilities (restaurant and breakfast) were great, lamb shank was lovely :)"

"I last stayed here over ten years ago, when I stayed while attending a week-long residential course at Aston University. I was impressed then and was still impressed now. Friendly staff, comfy beds and one of the nicest hotel breakfasts going, all while being a short walk away from Birmingham city ..."
