"Courteous staff, the hotel is close to the parks so the staff are understandably very, very busy. If you need rapid response or your needs met instantaneously this may not be the spot for you but if you have grace for busy employees doing their best while remaining friendly and helpful. Not the shortest walk to the park, so mid day breaks aren’t an easy return if that’s what you’re after BUT it is an easy walk to the Toy Story parking lot and plenty of off property eats if you’re enjoying a slower vacation. "The hotel was clean. Room was nice and clean but it disnt have a clean smell. The rooms need better lights. Room was to dark. Living room needs update furniture. Carpet was dirty. I think if rooms had floor it would be better and smell better. Breakfast food wasnt good nothing had flavor egges were to watery. The pool was nice laudry room was nice. Staff was amazing "

"This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the room space was perfect! We planned a Disney trip with our little ones and we booked the deluxe double room. I will definitely be booking back with this hotel for future Disney trips. All staff members that we encountered were so kind and welcoming. We waited for the ART bus to take us to Disney and the gentleman working vallet that morning 3/21/26 around 8 AM was so kind he was checking the app to give us an ETA on the bus arrival. "

" The hotel’s location was great, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was okay. The room appeared to be clean and smelled fresh at first. However, when I opened the mini fridge, I was disgusted to find a ball of hair sitting inside. I wouldn’t have been as bothered if the hair had been on the bathroom floor or carpet, but inside the mini fridge was just gross! It really turned me off and made me question the cleanliness overall."
