"1. I stayed 4 nights and housekeeping only cleaned once. 2. The room smell like mildew 3. The large outside lights were face directly towards my window and the curtains didn’t block the light in the room, I need complete darkness to sleep. 3. "The booking was for a king bed poolside with patio access. When we arrive we were told there were no long size available despite having a confirmed reservation. Additionally we were not poolside with patio, we were 4th floor without any balcony."
