"One of the most gorgeous, beautiful and luxury hotels I've ever been to. The first thing that hits you when you walk in the great smell of a flowery scent in the air. Then the veautiful palace like stairs and fountains. The staff are supper friendly and helpfull. The bar and their Malba restaurant were fantastic with so many options and varieties. For sure try their chicken club sandwich!"

"The premises is basic, bit daggy and older but totally fine for the reasonable price! Its clean, has stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, cutlery and crockery which is very handy, but the main thing that impressed me was how incredibly friendly and wonderful all the staff were! We dealt with 3 reception staff during our stay, every single one were the MOST wonderful friendly and helpful people I've ever encountered, I was really impressed and it really made my stay! "

"On arrival my wife and I upgraded to a larger room far away from the noisy traffic. The upgrade, by paying extra was made easy by the friendly staff member. The studio room we moved had plenty of space to stay for many nights and it was far away from the noisy highway. "
