"We loved our view it was amazing. The kitchen was stocked well, looked like a brand new stove/oven so we had a spaghetti dinner one night. The Staff was super helpful but they kept promising us that we could get in the room early but it never happened. My husband had to personally look to see if the maid was done and he was. Maybe better communication would have been better? Parking was awesome as we always had a spot in the underground lot. Beds could have been more comfortable, they made noise when moving around. Overall an 8.5 is appropriate."
