"Our hotel room was very dirty with many small insects, lizards and other mosquitos. They were running around. On complaining, they gave us a second room which was even worse. The manager was called and he was very aggressive with me. I feared for our lives. He shouted and pointed at me and moved towards me informing me that my complaint was not valid. Point black he refused to even try a third room and told us to get out of his hotel. Avoid at all costs!"

"An amazing escape in a jungle-like setting with a beautiful pool, amazing food, and air conditioned cozy cottages. We rented a Vespa and even found a cute cafe nearby and appreciated the activity book suggestions as we visited a beautiful waterfall nearby! Would definitely recommend and come back in the future. "No good at all! I think its the fault of Hotel.com. They had NO idea of guests arriving, more or less closed because of Covid! No room ready, NO Breakfast!! No hot water! We slept there because I knew it would be hardly impossible to get the money back from Hotel.com !"
